Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or rationwpyc. You may terminate your agreement with these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of our website and services. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions.
If you have entered into a separate service agreement with rationwpyc, termination of these Terms does not automatically terminate that service agreement, which shall be governed by its own termination provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also provide additional notice such as email notification.
